Salted caramel brownies! I am super excited, because this is my very first guest blog post. Teresa from Create Beautiful Things asked me to write a post for her and here it is. I hope you enjoy! 🙂 Read the entire post here.
As with a lot of my favourite recipes they are jotted down on a scrappy bit of paper. These, for some reason, are my best creations. I adapt and change things until I get to a point where I can’t better them and they are at their perfect point. The scrap of paper then gets filed in my recipe book until I need it again.
This recipe is my absolute favourite by far, it gooey and crunchy and gives you a gorgeous chocolate hit! Who doesn’t love a brownie!? Being a sucker for both chocolate and salted caramel this recipe ticks both boxes for me and makes enough for twelve large servings or 24 small if you feel like sharing! Once you taste these though, I promise you won’t want to share many!
So, from a humble scrap of paper floating about my kitchen, here it is to be shared with the world.
